1. The service and your agreement
ImageTextTools is an image text editing service. We detect text in an uploaded image and use generative image models to produce versions incorporating your replacement text. These terms cover your use of the product; product questions go to support@imagetexttools.com and legal notices to legal@imagetexttools.com.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
You need a compatible web browser, an internet connection and a supported image. Google sign-in is required for HD downloads and credit purchases. Keep access to your Google account secure and provide accurate account and purchase information.
2. Editing, results and limitations
You can upload JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 10 MB, with each side between 32 and 6000 pixels. WebP images must also be no larger than 4 million pixels. The current editor replaces detected text; it does not provide independent text-box creation, batch editing or a dedicated text-erasing tool.
A successful edit delivers three generated versions of one input image. You may change multiple detected lines in that edit. Generative output may alter lettering, spacing, layout or other visual details and may contain errors. It does not identify an exact font or guarantee that surrounding pixels remain unchanged. Review all text and imagery before use.
HD downloads are PNG files with a longest side of up to 1280 pixels, rather than guaranteed original-resolution files. Previews are lower-resolution JPEGs, up to 800 pixels on the longest side. Downloads do not retain original EXIF metadata or a transparent background.
3. Free edits and purchased credits
The free offer is a one-time eligible-device allowance: one completed edit producing three previews, with one selected version available as a free HD download after sign-in. It does not renew daily. You can view the existing previews repeatedly while the files remain available; this is not unlimited generation or free regeneration.
One paid credit buys one completed edit with three versions, all available for individual HD download without another credit charge. A credit is reserved when generation begins and confirmed as used only when all three results are ready and the required moderation check passes. A failed, timed-out or rejected job releases its reserved credit or free allowance.
Generating another set is a new edit and requires an available allowance or credit. We do not offer a free redo merely because a completed result does not meet a subjective preference. Technical defects, inaccurate product descriptions and applicable refund rights are handled under our Refund Policy.
Purchased credits do not expire on a calendar schedule. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, are not transferable and are not a financial deposit. A refund or payment reversal can revoke the credits from that order. The current packs and prices are listed on the Pricing page.
4. Payments and digital delivery
Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Prices on our site are in US dollars; review the final currency, applicable taxes and total at checkout before paying.
For purchases processed through Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record, authorised reseller and our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers. Payment, billing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds and payment disputes are subject to the Waffo Buyer Terms and Conditions shown for your purchase. These product terms do not replace them.
Credits are delivered electronically to the signed-in account after we receive verified payment confirmation. Delivery normally follows confirmation, but payment or service delays can occur. A browser success page alone does not confirm that credits were issued. If you were charged but did not receive credits, contact support@imagetexttools.com with your account email and order reference, or use the Waffo Pancake support option on your receipt or checkout.
Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or Waffo Pancake’s obligations as merchant of record. See the Refund Policy for requests, eligibility and payment-related complaints.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in uploaded content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, modify and process it, including relevant copyright, trademark, privacy and subject permissions. Uploading an image does not give you rights to someone else’s work.
You give us permission to store, reproduce, transmit and process your content, and to engage necessary processing providers, for the purposes of performing your requested edits, delivering results, checking safety and operating the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
Generated results may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. We do not grant a blanket commercial-use licence or guarantee third-party rights clearance. Commercial use depends on your input rights, the relevant provider/model terms and applicable law. Verify these before using output in advertising, resale or other commercial work.
6. Acceptable use and content safety
You must not use the service to create, modify, upload or distribute:
- Illegal content; sexual content involving minors; adult sexual content; or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Content promoting violence, exploitation, hate, harassment, or illegal or dangerous activities.
- Fraudulent or deceptive material, including forged identity documents, receipts, financial or legal records, impersonation, misleading evidence, fake reviews or testimonials.
- Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights; unauthorised removal of third-party trademarks or ownership notices; or disclosure of another person’s private information.
- Face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, malware, or material intended to bypass security or content-safety controls.
Without our prior written approval, do not resell, sublicense or charge others for access to the service. Do not use the service, its inputs, outputs or derivatives to train, fine-tune or benchmark a competing machine-learning model, or systematically collect generated output at scale. Do not present generated content as the work or advice of a human professional (such as a licensed doctor, lawyer or financial adviser) in situations where that could cause harm.
Do not bypass free-usage limits, create accounts to farm allowances, interfere with the service, access other users’ files, or automate abusive requests. Purchases and use must also comply with the applicable Waffo Acceptable Use Policy.
We use automated checks on uploaded images and a fixed representative generated image. Checks can produce errors and do not guarantee that every prohibited item is detected. We may block or withhold content, suspend abusive activity, and investigate reports. A rejected generation does not consume its reserved credit or free allowance.
To report harmful content, an intellectual-property concern or a mistaken rejection, contact legal@imagetexttools.com with a description and enough information to identify the issue. For a rights claim, include your contact information and the basis for your claim. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive material. We may request further information and review the report; a review does not guarantee restoration of content.
7. File availability and privacy
ImageTextTools is not long-term image storage. Successful edits’ uploaded and generated image files are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after generation completes. Unfinished drafts expire 24 hours after upload; failed or rejected jobs’ files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours of termination. Download and retain your results before expiry.
Signing in or purchasing credits does not extend file retention. Deletion of image files does not delete all account, text, order, credit or safety records. The Privacy Policy explains these distinctions, third-party processing and deletion requests.
8. Availability, suspension and responsibility
We aim to provide a working service, but availability and processing times depend on our infrastructure and providers. We may perform maintenance or change features. We may restrict access where necessary for security, a material breach of these terms, fraud prevention or a legal requirement. If a service discontinuation prevents use of purchased credits, contact support for a remedy under applicable law and the Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the service and generated results are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, exact visual fidelity, exclusivity or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use of your input or reliance on unreviewed generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you made no payment in that period, the amount of the affected order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies.
9. Questions, disputes and changes
For product or account issues, contact support@imagetexttools.com. For legal matters, contact legal@imagetexttools.com. Include your order reference for purchase issues, and never send your password or full card details. Waffo Pancake handles payment complaints through the support channels on your receipt or checkout; using support does not remove your right to contact a regulator or pursue other available remedies.
We aim to respond to ordinary product-support requests within two business days and urgent issues preventing access within 24 hours. Complex investigations may take longer; contact Waffo Pancake directly for urgent payment or unauthorised-transaction concerns.
Applicable mandatory law, including consumer protections in your place of residence where they apply, continues to govern your rights. These product terms do not impose Waffo Pancake’s governing-law provisions on your separate relationship with ImageTextTools.
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. If a change materially reduces your rights or materially changes how credits or purchases work, we will give registered users at least 14 days’ notice by email or a prominent notice on the site before it takes effect. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase. The date and version above identify this document.
