Is this a subscription?
No. Each plan is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused purchased credits remain available in your account.
When is a credit used?
One credit is reserved when generation starts and used when all three versions are ready and the required safety check passes. Viewing a preview or downloading another version of a paid edit does not use another credit. A new generation is a new edit.
When will purchased credits appear?
Credits are added to your signed-in account after verified payment confirmation. If you were charged but the balance has not updated, contact support@imagetexttools.com with your account email and order reference. Avoid purchasing again while confirmation is pending.
What happens if generation fails?
The credit is reserved while the edit runs. If the job fails or is rejected, the credit is returned automatically.
Can I download all three versions?
Yes. A paid edit includes individual PNG downloads of all three versions, each up to 1280 pixels on the longest side. A free edit lets you download one selected version. Download before the image files expire.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund of a pack if every credit from that order is unused and none is reserved by a running task. We do not offer routine partial-pack refunds. Waffo Pancake’s refund process and mandatory rights still apply, including review of billing errors, non-delivery and defects. Read the Refund Policy before buying.
How long are my image files stored?
Uploaded and generated files for a successful edit are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after generation finishes. Buying credits does not extend that period. Drafts expire 24 hours after upload; failed or rejected tasks’ files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours of termination. See our Privacy Policy for other retained records.
